Solar Development

Kane County

Over 100,000 cubic yards of dirt was handled, shaped, and compacted to take an undesirable lot used as a fill area for surrounding development and create a useable field for a solar array.

Residential Development

Millbrook Estates Custom Home

Excavated for a new custom home with a 9′ basement wall. All spoils were to remain onsite and be graded out to provide a usable yard that could accommodate an in-ground pool in the future. Beeman excavating provided the excavation, backfill, rough and final grading for this job.

Pond Development

Princeton Il Pond construction

Shaping an existing ravine into a large pond for a customer. This involved constructing a large earthen dam by relocating large amounts of onsite material, compaction and finish grading.

Commercial Properties

San Koty Solar Peoria Il

Construct two adjacent solar projects concurrently. The work included two separate access roads, two separate ponds, two separate sites to be finish graded, two separate IDOT entrances, and a temporary Air Bridge constructed over an existing concrete bridge that crossed a creek dividing the two sites.

Iowa electrical trenching project

Dig and backfill electrical trenches in two assembled solar arrays. Working alongside electrical contractors crews and the existing solar panels and racking.
